Wood (MDO)
MDO stands for Modified Density Overlay. It's basically a laminated, treated marine plywood consisting of durable layers of wood. This material is very strong and heavy. Uses include outdoor pole signs, site signs, and building signs. Material is primed and finished with billboard enamel. Graphics can be painted, printed, or cut from computer designed high performance vinyl.

Aluminum Signs
Aluminum sign panels can be made any size and work excellent for commercial and directional signage, as well as real estate yard signs.
Badbrush uses .040" Pre-painted aluminum in standard sizes.

Coroplast Signs
Short for "corrugated plastic", this material is great for lightweight / low cost signs.

Sheet Sizes:
4' x 8' x 3mm or 4' x 8' x 6mm
VC / Sintra
Available in 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2", this smooth expanded PVC makes an excellent choice for indoor directional or promotional signs.

Lexan
Virtually unbreakable, this material is great for lighted signs, where it will take a beating for years from the sun and all the other elements.
 
Plexiglas
Perfect for plaques and other small sign needs where a beautiful, glossy finish is a must. Available in many colors.
